Welcome to Hera Wellness Coaching

Take ownership of your life, health, career and relationships. Live your life as you intend to. Wellness coaching empowers you to evaluate the key elements of your self care; Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Mastery, Relationships, Finances, Work, Play, Health Care, Environment, Life Purpose, Self Esteem and Spirituality. Based on your evaluation, you will choose one element you wish to currently improve upon. Through the coaching process you will be empowered to create your best intention and work through challenges and strengths in the succession of attaining your next goal in this element. All of these elements are in a circle with self care as its center core. By working on one element, naturally each aspect of the other elements will be positively affected. Quick and easy mind/body techniques for everyday life also assist the process which will be incorporated into the coaching.

Nurturing self care by tending to all of your elements all the time are impossible. Wellness coaching allows you to support your self care and work on only what you can at this time. Life is ever changing and full support to your self care will help you through its transitions.

Wellness coaching can be used in many different formats and there is no one reason to seek it. Settings can be one-on-one (in person, phone or web), group seminars, retreats or employer settings. Those seeking wellness coaching could be living a perfectly normal life but need support in improving an element, an employer committed to the wellness of their employees, an individual wanting to fight stress & time management, someone going through or has gone through a major life change, an alternative to therapy, a way to plan how you want your future to look, to get back in touch with themselves or just to improve their overall wellness. There is no greater investment than one in yourself. 

What is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness coaching is a holistic look at an individual’s self care and the elements listed in the circle above and follows the 6 phase Circle of Life process. As a coach, I empower clients to gradually make changes while recognizing their strengths and challenges and working through them so they may live the way they intend to.
 

Who is Wellness Coaching for?

Everyone!  If you have an area in your life you would like to improve but are having trouble making the change, this is for you!  Examples may be if you (are/have):
  • Seeking to improve your self care
  • Going through or has been through a major life change
  • Seeking alternative to, support with, or post action of therapy and counseling
  • Overcome a large obstacle and ready to plan what your future looks like
  • Wanting to get back in touch with yourself
  • Couples looking to make a plan
  • Living with or have overcome a chronic illness
  • An employer supporting the wellness of their employees
Simply ask yourself these questions:  If you could add, change or improve one thing in your life, what would it be?  What do you want your life to look like and how will you get there?
